What is Child Counselling?
Child counseling is a therapeutic process that helps children understand and manage their emotions, behaviors, and life challenges. Through talk therapy and creative techniques, counselors support children in developing coping skills, improving self-esteem, and navigating issues like anxiety, trauma, family changes, or social difficulties. The goal is to foster emotional well-being and resilience.

Play therapy is a therapeutic approach used in child counseling that allows children to express their emotions, thoughts, and experiences through play. Since children may struggle to articulate their feelings verbally, play therapy uses toys, games, and creative activities like drawing or role-playing to help them process emotions, develop coping skills, and resolve conflicts. It provides a safe space for children to explore difficult situations, such as trauma, anxiety, or family issues, in a way that feels natural and comfortable for them.
