Walks are good for the soul and good for the body! A colour walk is a guided meditation wherein you focus on one colour at the beginning of your stroll and you attempt to notice that colour throughout your walk.

For those that struggle with meditation , this movement based trend is a stress free way to release endorphins and enjoy the present moment.

Play therapy is a therapeutic approach primarily used with children to help them express and explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences through play. Since children often find it challenging to express themselves verbally, play therapy provides an alternative way for them to communicate. It uses toys, games, art, and other creative activities to create a safe environment where children can act out their feelings, explore personal issues, and develop coping skills.
