Registered Provisional Psychologist
Welcome, I am so glad you are here! For as long as I can remember, I have always been fascinated by psychology with a deeply rooted desire to help others. This work feels nourishing to my soul in a way that words cannot fully describe. It’s truly heartwarming to witness my clients grow as they discover moments of reconnection to themselves and create meaningful change in their lives. I value creating a warm, respectful, and non-judgmental space where my clients feel seen, safe, heard, and understood.
I am passionate about helping teens (13+ years old) and adults heal from trauma, and learn how to cope with stress, anxiety, ADHD, depression, substance use, eating disorders / disordered eating, and life transitions. Majority of my clients struggle to regulate their emotions, fear the unknown, may use substances to cope, experience avoidance, have negative self-beliefs, or are learning to manage the complexities of ADHD. They often feel overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next.
Through therapy, my clients gain valuable insights into maladaptive patterns and learn practical coping strategies that fosters resilience, healing, and creates more fulfillment in their lives. I believe that therapy isn’t a ‘one size fits all approach’. Therefore, my practice is integrative, which means that I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Somatic Experiencing, Self-Compassion, and Animal/Nature-Assisted Interventions.
I feel privileged to hold space with each of my clients, where they invite me to listen to their life stories, learn about their greatest fears, and share laughter, as I walk alongside them in their healing journey and help them achieve their goals.

Training and Education
I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist (#P736) in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists. My work is currently being supervised by Margot Crane, R.Psych. (AB #4424).
I hold a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology from the University of Lethbridge and a Bachelor of Science in Honours Psychology from MacEwan University. Across my years of formal education, I have invested in additional training to build my competency in the areas of work that I love to do (working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, teens, animal and nature assisted interventions, somatic-informed therapy, etc.). I have received training in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing (Beginner levels I and II), and in Animal Assisted Interventions through Dreamcatcher Nature Assisted Therapy. I value ongoing learning and will continue to engage in training throughout my career.
My work experience includes working within private practices in the Edmonton area, within multidisciplinary teams at a local university, and for the Workers Compensation Board of Alberta. I also have many years of experience volunteering for local mental health centres such as Momentum Walk-In Counselling, the Eating Disorders Support Network of Alberta, and the Sexual Assault Centre of Edmonton.
“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we will ever do.”

My History
Growing up in Sherwood Park, Alberta, has profoundly shaped my journey as a therapist. Practicing in my hometown is incredibly meaningful to me. After completing my graduate studies, I spent a couple of years working at a private practice in south Edmonton. But honestly, after a while I felt the pull of my roots to come back home and I am so glad that I did! I believe I bring a unique perspective into the therapy room because I truly understand what it means to call Sherwood Park home. Whether it’s chatting about new smoothie bars that recently opened, reminiscing on the many phases of renovations at the Sherwood Park mall, the new Starbucks that’s opening on Wye Road (!!), recent hot girl walks at Festival Place, or talking about upcoming local events - this connection allows me to relate with my clients on a deeper level, drawing from my own experiences in this community. Although I love my hometown, I am always open to meeting new clients from any location (as long as they are currently living within Alberta), regardless. I look forward to hearing your story!

From a young age, I knew I wanted to become a psychologist and that dream never wavered. I’m grateful to have had such clarity early on in my life and for all the amazing people - both personally and professionally- who have supported me on this journey.
I’m a gentle, caring, and compassionate person at heart, and I am also a huge animal lover! I can’t imagine life without my two dogs and my horse - they bring me so much joy and peace. I would describe myself as a girly girl who loves all things makeup and fashion, always keeping up with the latest trends. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend, friends, and family, and participating in sports whether it’s lifting weights at the gym, horseback riding, playing volleyball, or cheering on the Oilers! Beyond that, you can catch me watching my favourite reality tv show or at a music festival dancing with my friends. It’s all about balance and having fun!
