What is Relationship Counselling?
Couples counselling is a type of therapy that helps couples to improve their relationship and resolve conflicts. It involves meeting with a trained therapist who can help couples communicate better, understand each other's perspectives, and work through issues that may be causing problems in their relationship. The goal of couples counselling is to help couples build a stronger, healthier relationship.
Counselling can be a valuable tool for couples who are experiencing difficulties in their relationship. Through counselling, couples can learn effective communication skills, gain a better understanding of each other's needs and perspectives, and work together to find solutions to their problems. Counselling can also provide a safe and supportive environment for couples to explore their feelings and work through any issues that may be impacting their relationship.

If the Counsellor recognizes that there is a mixed agenda during the Relationship Counselling process, they may suggest a transition to Discernment Counselling.
